Personalised Water Bottle
These bottles are available in two sizes:
Large 750ml wham bottle
Small 500ml kids bottle
Each bottle is personalised with your name and a small clip art image (optional), to really show your personality.
These are perfect for school, nursery, work........well anywhere really! Ensure everyone knows which is your bottle with these Wild Webster personalised water bottles.
Refunds & Changes
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns on items. All items are hand made and personalised to each orders requirements.
Should we at The Wild Websters have got something wrong, please email us at the.wild.websters@gmail.com and we can work together to resolve the issue.
I’m afraid we can’t make any changes to your orders once they have been placed, this goes from colour changes to size changes.
Please make sure you are submitting all the correct information before placing your order.
Postage
We use a Royal Mail to ship all of your orders.
Orders up to £10 will be sent as a Royal Mail large letter second class.
For orders over £10, they will be sent as a Royal Mail tracked 48 large letter or small parcel, depending on the size of your items.
Upon me dispatching your items you will get an email with a tracking number provided .
We have a 14 working day turnaround (working days do not include weekends or bank holidays). Once we have dispatched your order and sent your dispatch email, the days In which you wait to recieve your order is then out of our hands. Royal Mail works to very busy standards and in busier periods e.g. Christmas/Lockdowns, your orders may take slightly longer to arrive than estimated.
Washing Care
We advise that all water bottles are hand washed and not put in the dishwasher. We use permanent vinyl to personalised these bottles which has a 5 year life, putting bottles in the dishwasher will shorten this.
