Returns policy

We will always do our best to provide any returns or refund requests necessary, keeping customer satisfaction one of our top priorities. 

 

Circumstances where you are entitled to a refund:

 

  • An item arrives faulty 

  • The wrong item is sent (in this case a return and exchange will be arranged, if possible, a refund will be last resort)

  • An item is not as described

 

Circumstances where you are NOT entitle to a refund:

 

  • When the customer purchases an item knowing it is faulty – this may occur with sale items that have marks etc (This will be specified in bold on the listing)

  • The item has been damaged or stained after delivery

  • The customer has changed their mind (Only applicable for in person sales)

 

 

All return requests and/or refunds must be submitted via email the.wild.websters@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery of an item. After 14 days we are of no obligation to offer a return or refund. 

You have another 14 days to complete the return.

Refunds will be completed within 14 days of The Wild Websters receiving the item back.

All returns and refunds due to claims of faults, will be thoroughly checked over before refunds are agreed. 

​

We will only accept requests for returns and refunds from the buyer. If you are requesting as the receiver of a gift, please get in contact with the original buyer for necessary proof of purchase such as order number, name, etc
